Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Supervisor Environment Operations to lead a team of Environment Advisors and coordinate environmental programs across the U.S. Gas Distribution and Storage system, combining environmental expertise with people leadership.

You will oversee compliance, waste handling, water management, project delivery valued between $2M and $5M, and support site remediation and timely closure while promoting best practices and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental work in pipeline, industrial, or upstream oil and gas sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse professionals across locations and priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Environment Advisors with clear priorities.
• Oversee environmental support for operations including compliance, waste handling, water management, and reporting.
• Develop and deliver environmental programs aligning with operational needs and business goals.
• Guide environmental response activities for leaks, spills, and other events with potential impacts.
• Support site remediation and closure activities and manage programs valued between $2M and $5M.
• Promote awareness of regulatory trends and best practices to drive improvements.
