Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Storage Integrity Leader to provide technical leadership for the Storage Integrity Management Program, ensuring safe, reliable operation of natural gas storage assets. You will lead fitness-for-service assessments, integrity evaluations, risk modeling, and oversight of external consultants, while advancing data quality, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• PE designation in US is an asset.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in asset integrity, natural gas storage, pipelines, or related field.
• Experience leading fitness-for-service assessments and risk-modeling initiatives.
• Ability to use spreadsheets, databases, GIS-based tools, dashboards, and risk models to make clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic direction aligning priorities with safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
• Oversee fitness-for-service assessments and integrity evaluations; manage external consultants for complex issues.
• Analyze and support implementation of applicable codes and regulations; support regulatory audits and inspections.
• Identify and prioritize integrity threats; develop defensible risk models and track mitigation measures.
• Advance data quality, analytics, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen program insight and audit readiness.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring technical professionals.
