Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental remediation/restoration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and field reporting.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and personnel.
- Report to the President daily.
- Develop performance goals and manage staff performance.
- Create strategies for business growth.
- Coordinate projects with Project Managers and senior staff.
- Maintain operational records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate emergency response operations.
- Identify opportunities/clients while maintaining relationships.
- Lead and direct drivers and field technicians.
