Qualifications

• 5+ years progressively responsible experience in waste operations.
• Hazardous waste management knowledge.
• 3 years supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to management and employees.
• Participate in site evaluations; prepare quotes with scopes of work, price estimates and contingencies.
• Make recommendations for improvement in workflow and project management.
• Work with governmental and regulatory agencies and maintain community relations.
• Ensure operations are properly staffed and personnel are properly trained.
• Participate in budget development and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets and reports.
• Develop and monitor metrics to measure operational objectives.
• Evaluate operations to control costs and maintain competitive position.
• Ensure protection of company assets through maintenance of facility infrastructure.
• Support license/permit renewals and amendments.
• Ensure policy implementation; meet customer quality and service expectations.
• Mentor and train others; supervise staff.
