You will build scalable tools, automate processes with Python and low‑code AI, and translate complex data into actionable insights for portfolio managers and leadership.

Ideal candidates have strong quantitative analysis skills, Excel mastery, and experience with Power BI, Python, and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis.
• Understanding reconciliations, trial balances, or fund accounting logic.
• Advanced Excel: complex downstream workbooks and reporting templates.
• Functional Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Power BI and DAX; Tableau acceptable with transition to Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools and low-code platforms to automate workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect data anomalies.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Willingness to work in-person at our Portland, Maine office.
• BA/BS in economics, finance, statistics, CS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve portfolio valuation, internal reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop reporting tools and automation using Python, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Design and maintain reconciliations between valuations and positions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for portfolio managers and leadership.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and data management to support cross-functional projects.
• Audit workflows and pilot AI interventions to streamline processes.
