Job summary

Tract is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to drive environmental diligence and compliance across our nationwide data center development projects. You will partner with internal teams, state and local governments, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory approvals and responsible site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science or related field.
• Minimum eight years’ experience managing environmental aspects of land development and construction. Data center experience preferred.
• Experience with national, state and local environmental applications and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental diligence across development and construction life cycles.
• Review assessments, site investigations, and conformity with permits.
• Coordinate environmental permits and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage environmental diligence teams and interface with regulators, engineers, and planners.
• Organize environmental communications with internal and external stakeholders.
