Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Environmental Associate Attorney to join its Environmental Practice Group in Los Angeles, California. The role supports regulatory, litigation, and administrative matters within the environmental sector.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of environmental law experience, a JD from an accredited law school, bar admission, and strong research, writing, and communications skills. California environmental program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on major environmental laws and agency interactions.
• Engage in litigation and administrative proceedings, including drafting and client meetings.
• Participate in climate and carbon matters, including California-specific programs.
• Conduct transactional environmental due diligence.
