Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the U.S. environmental liability underwriting strategy, including framework development, workflow improvements, pricing models, forms, staffing, and financial forecasting.
• Underwrite profitable accounts and manage a book of environmental liability business across site pollution, CPL, XS pollution, and combined casualty/pollution products.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the ESG Risk Solutions underwriting team for the US.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and participate in special projects and initiatives.
• Manage key wholesale and retail broker relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate with home office on referrals and renewals.
