Job summary

HDI Global Insurance Company in Chicago, IL seeks an Environmental Liability Executive Underwriter to lead and execute the U.S. environmental liability strategy, underwrite profitable accounts, and manage broker relationships nationwide.

• Participate in special projects and department initiatives at the request of Casualty Manager or Environmental Liability Lead.
• Continue to develop and update products for the Environmental Liability Division.

The Executive Underwriter will actively contribute to the implementation of the environmental liability strategy for the United States. The Executive Underwriter will also underwrite profitable accounts for the Environmental Liability team. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to achieve profitable underwriting results.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
