Job summary

Tract is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental diligence and compliance across its data center projects nationwide. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, regulators, and contractors to ensure timely permitting, risk assessment, and sustainable development.

The position emphasizes managing environmental constraints, overseeing surveys and studies, and ensuring adherence to CERCLA and RCRA-like standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in managing the environmental portion of land development and construction projects in the United States.
• Experience with wetland/stream delineation, permitting, and regulatory processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site selection and due diligence for development properties.
• Review environmental assessments and field investigations to vet sites and risks.
• Coordinate environmental permitting and compliance during construction.
• Interface with federal, state, and local agencies and internal teams to execute environmental plans.
