Job summary

Tract is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to drive environmental diligence and compliance across nationwide data center developments. You will work with internal teams, state and local governments, consultants, and contractors to ensure permitting, due diligence, and sustainable site planning align with project timelines.

The role requires strong knowledge of wetlands, air permitting, stormwater, and regulatory requirements, with eight+ years in environmental management across land

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Biology, Ecology, Chemistry, Archaeology, or equivalent.
• Eight years’ experience managing environmental portions of land development and construction across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interpret environmental desktop resources to identify early risk indicators and due diligence questions.
• Review environmental assessment and site investigations to vet prospective sites and assess risks.
• Coordinate permitting for wetlands, stormwater, and air quality.
• Monitor environmental impacts during construction and ensure compliance with plans.
• Oversee communication with internal/external stakeholders and regulators.
