Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing South Central in Stafford, TX is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join our team. You will support routine lab operations, prepare samples, and assist with analyses in accordance with quality systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma and basic chemistry/lab experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; proficient English; and the ability to work full-time on-site with potential overtime. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High School Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation including aliquoting, spike and trace, reagent preparation, bottle samples, and concentrations.
• Resolves discrepancies and anomalies to ensure proper labeling of samples.
• Prepares general laboratory paperwork and maintains logs.
• Washes glassware and stocks laboratory supplies.
• Cleans work areas and supports other laboratory areas as needed.
