Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing South Central in Stafford, TX, is seeking a part-time Laboratory Technician I to support QA and SOP-compliant lab operations. You will handle sample prep, storage, and general maintenance in a safety-conscious environment, working 18–20 hours per week.

The starting pay is $20 per hour (DOE). Applicants must have a high school diploma, basic chemistry coursework, and strong English proficiency to read, write, and speak clearly. Benefits are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• High school chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation including aliquoting, spiking, making reagents, and preparing concentrations.
• Resolves discrepancies to ensure proper labeling of samples.
• Prepares laboratory paperwork and logs results.
• Washes glassware and stocks laboratory supplies.
• Maintains a safe working environment and supports other lab areas as needed.
