Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver implementations and consulting projects for laboratories, ensuring on-time schedules and client satisfaction. You will mentor clients on workflow planning and promote standard methodologies for maximum ROI, and perform onsite and remote services.

You will travel to client sites to install Clinisys software, guide decision-making, and provide client training as part of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Biological, or Environmental Sciences or Information Technology, or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory, knowledge of related standards and EPA testing methodologies.
• 3 years of experience writing SQL queries (Oracle DB knowledge preferred).
• 3 years of experience with laboratory reporting tools (Telerik, Actuate, Crystal, etc.).
• 3 years of experience working with application interfaces (HL7, API, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Consult pre-sale and post-sale with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations.
• Conduct implementations/upgrades demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and Clinisys platforms to optimize implementation workflows, improve data analysis, and enhance decision-making during client engagements.
• Guide the client in their decision-making to achieve maximum efficiency using Clinisys' best practice recommendations.
• Conduct training for the client as part of the overall implementation/upgrade process.
• Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products following department procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the customer relationship.
• Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to senior staff or management is required.
• Collaborates with and mentors other Professional Services Consultants to expand their own and others' depth & breadth of Clinisys product knowledge.
• Effectively organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects assigned.
• Complete other projects as assigned
