Clinisys is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver implementations and consulting projects for laboratories, ensuring on-time schedules and client satisfaction. You will mentor clients on workflow planning and promote standard methodologies for maximum ROI, and perform onsite and remote services.
You will travel to client sites to install Clinisys software, guide decision-making, and provide client training as part of the project.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver implementation and consulting projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction. You will provide clients with mentorship and advice for workflow planning and drive the adoption of standard methodologies for the greatest customer return on investment. You will be responsible for performing contracted onsite and remote services for clients.

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend/travel to the office on their first day of employment (Raleigh, NC / Tucson, AZ / Carmel, IN). This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally between $75,000 - $100,000 in annual base salary. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.
