Job summary

Pace is seeking a Scientist for its environmental testing laboratory in Lenexa, KS. In this role you will perform hands-on analysis using GC, HPLC, ICP and related methods to ensure the integrity of environmental data.

You will analyze air, water, and soil samples, document procedures, maintain instruments, and uphold safety protocols. A STEM degree is required, and Pace provides training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM fields.
• Ability to perform hands-on laboratory work in a rigorous environment.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work with potential odors.

Responsibilities

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established methods.
• Review and interpret analysis results.
• Document procedures, observations, and results.
