Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in Green Bay. You will perform hands-on analysis, operate instruments, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of environmental data that supports public health and safety.

Responsibilities include analyzing air, water, and soil samples with GC, HPLC, ICP, and related methods, reviewing results, and maintaining meticulous lab records while adhering to safety and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or STEM fields required or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment with PPE.
• Hands-on laboratory analysis and instrument operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods looking for environmental contaminants
• Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality, organized laboratory records
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
