Job summary

Join Pace® Analytical Services as a Scientist in our environmental testing laboratory, where you will conduct hands-on analysis to ensure the integrity and quality of environmental data.

You’ll operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and other established methods to analyze air, water and soil samples, document results, and help protect communities and ecosystems. We offer training and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or STEM field required or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab with PPE and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to receive training and grow in environmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and other methods.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples for environmental contaminants.
• Review and interpret analytic results from samples.
• Document procedures, observations, and results with high quality records.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
