Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in Green Bay, WI. You will perform hands-on analysis of air, water, and soil samples using chemistry and biochemistry methods to detect contaminants, while ensuring data integrity and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field, with training provided as needed. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or STEM or equivalent combination of education and experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry/biochemistry methods to identify environmental contaminants.
• Review and interpret results from sample analyses and maintain high-quality laboratory records.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results; calibrate and maintain instruments (GC, HPLC, ICP).
• Operate and clean equipment safely; follow PPE requirements provided by Pace.
