Zusammenfassung

Republic Services is seeking a Lab/Facility Chemist to perform chemical analyses of hazardous and non-hazardous waste using EPA methods and SOPs. You will prepare samples, operate instruments, and validate methods while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Responsibilities include supporting method development, ensuring IDOC/DOC readiness, and upholding safety and quality standards in a dynamic lab environment. Relevant waste analysis experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Awareness of quality management standards including ISO and NELAC.
• Ability to perform data interpretation and reporting with accuracy.
• Knowledge of EPA methods and waste analysis concepts.

• Performs preparation techniques and instrumental analysis of environmental samples.
• Participates in SOPs/WIs development under supervision.
• Prepares samples for laboratory equipment and conducts instrument maintenance.
• Validates testing methods for organics and inorganics using various instruments.
• Maintains documentation and ensures quality control of data.
