Job summary

Eurofins Environmental Testing is seeking an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples per EPA methods and QA SOPs. The role requires routine data handling, instrument use, and strict adherence to safety standards.

The position is full-time in the United States, with responsibilities including sample prep, data reporting, and instrument maintenance under supervision. A chemistry degree or equivalent lab experience is required.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking.
• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years of lab experience may substitute for degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepares samples and performs chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Calculates data and records/report data and unusual test occurrences.
• Performs routine instrument maintenance.
• Works under close supervision using routine methods.
• Complies with GMP/GLP, health, safety and QA standards.
• Aliquots and weighs samples, washes glassware.
