Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Lab Technician to prepare and analyze environmental samples using EPA methods in compliance with QA programs.

The role involves GMP/GLP practices, instrument handling (GC, GC-MS, AAS, ICP), data calculation, and documentation. Full-time, 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with Saturday rotation; starting wage $20.00/hr, DOE, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred.
• HS Diploma Required.
• 1-2 years laboratory experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate.
• Performs routine lab tasks including preparation of samples, performing chemical analyses, calculating data, recording and reporting data.
• Maintains routine instrument maintenance and compliance with EHS and QA standards.
• General housekeeping and safe, efficient conduct of all activities.
