Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples using EPA-based methods in line with QA programs. The role emphasizes GMP/GLP compliance, instrument familiarity, and accurate data reporting.

The candidate should be able to work under supervision and learn multiple analytical techniques. Position is full-time on the 2nd shift (2nd shift may be Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun, 3pm-11pm) with potential training on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is a plus
• Previous production-oriented work helpful (awareness and ability to meet deadlines)

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Operate in compliance with GMP/GLP and QA standards.
• Aliquots and weighs samples; wash glassware; maintain a clean work area.
