Job summary

Whitestone Associates, Inc. in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a summer intern majoring in environmental sciences to support our geotechnical and environmental projects.

This internship runs May/June through August with flexible hours based on project needs. Responsibilities include assisting with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, Phase II site investigations, and supporting due diligence reports and regulatory submittals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in an environmental discipline (Environmental Science, Geology, Geomechanics or Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering).
• Interest in environmental consulting and site assessments.
• Summer internship May/June through August with flexible hours based on project needs.

This is a summer internship running from May/June through August, with flexible hours based on our project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments;
• Preliminary Assessments;
• Phase II Site Investigation/Remedial Investigations; and
• Assisting with due diligence reports and regulatory agency submittals.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be pursuing a B.S. degree in an environmental discipline to be considered (Environmental Science, Geology, Geomechanics or Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering).

Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Hourly Pay Range

$20 - $22 USD
