Stantec is seeking an HSSE Coordinator to implement and support the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment program within the Environmental Services Business Operating Unit in the United States. The role reports to the Business Line HSSE Manager and will be based out of a major US office in the Central/Southern region with travel up to 20% as required.

• 3+ years in health and safety
• Experience supporting field operations
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsabilités

• Coordinate implementation of HSSE program within Environmental Services BU US.
• Support project teams in implementing HSSE procedures.
• Act as SME for remedial construction, environmental restoration, and cultural service areas.
• Track incidents and develop preventative actions; share lessons learned.
• Lead process improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Provide coaching to leadership on HSSE matters.
• Ensure HSSE systems and local legislation are followed.
• Assist with pre-job planning and hazard assessments.
