Qualifications

• Proven experience as an excavator operator, preferably in environmental or construction settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment in various weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift and skid loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in the handling and processing of waste materials at the facility.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
