Formación

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HSE responsibility with a reputation as a change agent.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and related safety standards.

Lead Safety Excellence Across Two Wisconsin SitesPicture your week: Monday through Wednesday, you’re on the floor in Appleton partnering with operations and field leaders; Thursday and Friday, you’re in Neenah guiding teams, reviewing leading indicators, and planning improvements. As the HSE Program Leader, you’ll also lend expertise to field service teams across North America, traveling occasionally (generally under 10%) when your presence will accelerate progress.What You’ll DriveDefine, track, and communicate meaningful safety metrics—think reductions in serious injuries, completion and scoring of safety testing, and demonstrable cuts in operational risk.Design and scale a behavior-based HSE program that aligns tightly with company objectives and engages every level of the organization.Ensure adherence to both internal policies and government regulations, keeping audits clean and standards current.Coach leaders and frontline teams to shift from mere compliance to true ownership of safety culture.Execute risk assessments, anticipate hazards, and perform root-cause analyses that lead to durable corrective actions.What You BringBachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred; equivalent, relevant HSE experience considered.5+ years of progressive HSE responsibility with a reputation as a change agent.Background in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.Familiarity with environmental regulations is advantageous.Working knowledge of OSHA and related safety standards.Influential relationship-builder who collaborates effectively across all levels.Proactive problem spotter who prevents incidents before they happen.Strong analytical mindset with demonstrable risk mitigation skills.Professional HSE certification is a plus, not a requirement.Role DetailsDirect-hire position with full benefits.Compensation: starting at $110,000 annually.Primary locations: typically three days per week in Appleton, WI and two days per week in Neenah, WI (based on business needs).Occasional travel (<10%) to support field service teams across North America.Opportunity to build a comprehensive safety program from the ground up.Proficiency AreasManufacturing environment experienceHSE practices and programsOSHA standards
