Safety Manager at our Cartersville, GA plant. Join us in our mission of Delivering Goods for the Good of All!

In this role, you will manage the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions to ensure compliance with Trinity’s policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining safety and environmental programs for compliance with regulations.
• Managing EHS Management Systems including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and RCMS.
• Leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and environmental policies.
• Administering safety/environmental initiatives and maintaining records.
• Providing safety training and conducting safety inspections and investigations.
• Managing safety committees and worker’s compensation issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field.
• At least 5 years of safety experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years managing employees.
• Certified Safety Professional (preferred).
• Knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and workers’ compensation regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
