A worldwide leader in chemical intermediates and composites, is seeking an experienced, hands-on EHS Manager to own and elevate the Environmental, Health, and Safety function at their GA facility.

This isn’t a “desk-only” role. You’ll be the go-to authority on OSHA, EPA, DOT, and PSM compliance — driving real cultural change at a turnaround site that needs your leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all EHS and process safety programs at the site
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA
• Implement and improve safety processes during plant turnarounds
• Conduct training, audits, incident investigations, and reporting
• Track compliance activities using SAP or similar systems

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of EHS leadership in chemical manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM, NFPA, DOT
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience navigating complex plant environments
• Passion for boots-on-the-ground engagement and cultural change
