Job summary

Ahf Products, LLC seeks an EH&S Manager to provide strategic leadership for plant safety, environmental and regulatory compliance initiatives in Cartersville, GA. You will partner with Plant Leadership to foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Maintenance, Quality and HR.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated EH&S experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must pass background check, employment verification and drug screening.
• Experience with permit administration (air, stormwater, wastewater) essential.
• Experience delivering EH&S training (BBS or Safe Start preferred).
• Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant safety and environmental programs across Operations, Maintenance, Quality and HR.
• Manage regulatory reporting and budgets for EHS activities.
• Coordinate training and contractor safety programs; drive incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Coach leadership to strengthen EH&S ownership and accountability.
• Interface with medical personnel for treatment when needed; ensure proper care.
