Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to act as the area expert for EHS matters within our farming, processing, and packaging operations. The role emphasizes compliance, safety program implementation, and interaction with plant teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to travel to Grimmway facilities, and capable of managing safety initiatives in a fast-paced agricultural setting under day shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Environmental Health and Safety Compliance laws, procedures, and regulations.
• Basic knowledge in PSM, Cal-ARP, and RMP and DPR programs.
• Training certificates in First Aid/CPR and Pesticide applicator/QAL.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
• Good computer skills with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with reading and writing ability in both.
• Willingness to travel to Grimmway facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

What You Will Need

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Five years of EHS experience in Agricultural Farming, Food processing or related field preferred.

Total Rewards: $26.00 - $30.00 / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
