Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Malaga Shipping site in Arvin, CA. You will manage shipping order volume by assigning orders for picking, staging and loading, based on priorities, while handling palletizing, door assignment and check-in procedures.

This night shift role requires 2–4 years of logistics experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. You will work closely with the Shipping Manager to ensure accurate, timely shipments and safe

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with minimal supervision.

LOCATION: MALAGA SHIPPING (ARVIN, CA.)

SHIFT: NIGHT (Monday - Saturday: 8:00pm - 4:30am)

REPORTS TO: SHIPPING MANAGER

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for managing shipping order volume by assigning orders for picking, staging and, loading; based on various priorities, as well as managing and performing functions such as palletizing, door assignment, and check -in procedures. What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two – four years of logistics or warehouse experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Proven management, development, leadership, training and techniques to engage staff
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
• High detail oriented; perform duties with minimal supervision
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
