Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and building comprehensive safety programs with evidence of continuous improvement.
• Applicable EHS certificate preferred (CSP, CIH, OHST) and the ability to obtain within 3 years.
• Strong communication skills across all levels; able to facilitate training and drive performance.
• Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop, and execute EHS projects in a manufacturing environment.

As a Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will be part of the EHS function supporting site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a zero-harm mindset, and the ability to interpret and apply EHS regulations across business operations—while building practical, measurable safety systems that help teams perform at their best.
