Job summary

Atlas is seeking an Environmental Field Technician to support retail petroleum environmental projects across Ohio. You will conduct field investigations, assist construction activities, and travel extensively within the state to deliver solutions for clients and communities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (degree in Geology or Environmental Science preferred), and a valid driver’s license. No experience is required; must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree in Geology or Environmental Science preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for field work and local site travel.
• Ability to record and manage information electronically and on paper.

Responsibilities

• Provide field and office support for retail petroleum environmental projects.
• Role will be 95% field work (outdoor) with travel across Ohio.
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions; extend hours when needed.
• Lift, carry, push and pull equipment up to 50 lbs several times daily.
• Pass a background check including driving record and drug screening.
