Operations Manager at SET Environmental, Inc.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site by adhering to SET safety policies and procedures, identifying, communicating, and mitigating hazards.
• Participate in scheduled and emergency response-based projects.
• Assist in loading equipment and supplies for projects.
• Exert moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Support environmental projects such as Confined Space Entry (CSE), environmental remediation, waterway response, and hazardous materials cleanup.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be over 21 years old.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain.
• Flexibility to changes in work schedule and availability for on-call duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor under the direction of crew leads.
• Ability to respond to out-of-town projects as needed.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Industry/construction experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets SET insurance requirements.
