The Opportunity:

Reporting to the North American Service Division for Andritz Feed & Biofuel, this position provides on-site services to customers across various industries in the US and Canada, with regional responsibilities and potential travel outside North America. Ideally, residence would be within the Midwest (Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing technical support and on-call response to customers and internal teams
• Participating in on-site start-ups and repairs
• Performing technical tasks such as reading mechanical drawings, troubleshooting, and measurements
• Assisting in parts identification for repairs and warranty work
• Participating in trade shows and training sessions
• Completing reports and administrative tasks timely
• Carrying a company cell phone and being on call for emergencies
• Handling special projects as assigned

Candidate requirements include:

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience
• Preferred SAP experience
• Understanding of pelleting, grinding, and ancillary processes
• Strong mechanical skills and assembly/disassembly experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Self-motivated with multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Legal work entitlement in the US

Travel Requirements:

Extensive travel within North America (approx. 70%), with potential international travel. Training in Muncy, GA, and Canada may be required initially.

Note: Previous DUI convictions may affect admissibility to Canada.
