Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an Environmental Supervisor to support operations in Maui, Hawai'i. The role focuses on monitoring environmental resources, waste management, and regulatory compliance across projects.

Responsibilities include leading environmental construction activities, managing plans (T-EMP, SPCC), conducting inspections, responding to spills, and maintaining data in systems like APIMS/STAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering required.
• HAZWOPER Training (40-hour) required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Respirator fit testing required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental projects to ensure compliance with regs and permits.
• Develop and maintain environmental plans and programs (T-EMP, SPCC, etc.).
• Conduct field tests, inspect storage, and prepare waste for shipping.
• Respond to spills and support environmental remediation efforts.
• Provide training and maintain environmental data in required systems.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and audits.
• Review engineering/submittals for environmental requirements.
