Job summary

A leading environmental consulting firm is seeking skilled Field Professionals for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA). Ideal for experienced assessors wanting flexible, project-based work. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections and preparing reports, ideally with 2+ years experience in the field and strong technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Strong technical writing skills to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, PCA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with standards.
• Support Phase I ESA and Property Condition Assessments.
• Work on flexible, project-based opportunities.
