Job summary

GARVER LLC is seeking an Environmental Field Lead to support field data collection, prepare environmental studies, and NEPA documentation for infrastructure projects from our Tulsa office. The role involves leading Natural Resources field teams, ensuring NEPA compliance, and producing reports and regulatory permits.

The position offers collaboration with Garver’s Planning and Environmental Team on diverse project types across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or environmental sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or 2 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with NEPA planning and/or project development, especially for transportation projects.
• Wetland and Stream delineation certification (40-hour course).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a collaborative team, in leadership and support roles.
• Proficiency in technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Natural Resources field teams on projects in Oklahoma and potentially surrounding states.
• Review and apply NEPA compliance procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, planning studies, and NEPA documents.
• Prepare regulatory permits and approvals in compliance with environmental laws.
