Job summary

Garver, headquartered in Oklahoma City, seeks an Environmental Field Lead to oversee field data collection and NEPA documentation for diverse infrastructure projects across Oklahoma. The role involves collaborating with planning and environmental teams to advance our clients’ projects and expand service offerings.

The candidate will lead Natural Resources field efforts, ensure NEPA compliance, and prepare technical reports and regulatory permits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to planning or environmental sciences.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 2 years with a Master's degree.
Experience with NEPA planning and/or project development, transportation focus.
Wetland and Stream delineation certification (40-hour course).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team, in leadership and support roles.
Proficiency in technical writing.

Responsibilities

Lead Natural Resources field teams on various projects, including water resources and T&E related field efforts in Oklahoma and potentially surrounding states.
Review and apply procedures for compliance with environmental regulations under NEPA.
Prepare technical reports, planning studies, and NEPA documents.
Prepare regulatory permits and approvals in compliance with environmental laws.
