EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. is seeking a Geologist or Environmental Engineer for our Denver, CO office to support multidisciplinary environmental projects across Colorado and the U.S.

You will lead field teams and contribute to investigations, remediation, and monitoring for federal, state, and commercial clients. The role combines hands-on field leadership with technical project support, offering growth opportunities and travel to project sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience conducting environmental investigations/remediation or related consulting work.
• Experience leading environmental field programs and supervising field personnel.
• Strong field data collection, documentation, and QA skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for extended field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams in sampling soil, groundwater, soil gas and other media.
• Oversee subcontractors, including drilling contractors.
• Support remediation projects involving contaminated soil, groundwater, and hazardous waste sites.
• Serve as a task manager on larger projects and coordinate activities.
• Document field activities and assist with data management and interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, regulatory documentation, and deliverables.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, regulators, and team members.
