Clean Harbors in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Environmental General Laborer to join our safety conscious team. This role will be active in the field responsible for hazardous waste clean‑up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications
- Requires physical stamina to perform demanding labor as described in responsibilities.
- Emergency response availability, including on‑call rotations and potential long shifts.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- On‑site role with strict adherence to health and safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and work safely at all times.
- Perform strenuous physical labor including lifting heavy objects.
- Operate light/heavy equipment and power tools; handle PPE properly.
- Assist in field sampling and calibration of meters.
- Climb ladders or scaffolding; work in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
- Comply with DOT, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
