Ahtna Environmental is seeking a dynamic engineer to perform contaminated site characterization, monitoring, and remediation with frequent field assignments in Alaska. The role combines fieldwork and office duties, including planning and reporting, with travel by aircraft or vehicle as needed.

The candidate should be prepared for a highly active schedule and periodic travel. Levels II–Senior define progressive responsibilities, with PE credential as an option, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (civil/environmental/chemical/geotechnical) required.
• US Citizen status and background checks required.
• Strong MS Office and ability to communicate technical data.

Responsabilités

• Conduct contaminated site characterization, monitoring, and remediation field assessments.
• Travel to field sites using various transport modes.
• Design and operate remediation and treatment systems.
• Prepare planning documents and field reports.
• Lead or assist with proposals and work plans.
