Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical/Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• Ability to pass background checks by various Federal Agencies to obtain security access badges.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, able to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
• Adept at explaining technical aspects of fieldwork to internal and external clients verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contaminated site characterization, monitoring, and remediation field assessments.
• Travel to field sites by aircraft, vehicle, ATV, or watercraft to perform fieldwork and meetings.
• Field screening and sampling for contaminants and environmental parameters.
• Document field operations, weather, and data using notes, photos, and tablets; communicate with project managers daily.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and assist in proposal planning and reporting.
