Tradewater is seeking an Environmental Project Associate to travel across the United States, supporting refrigerant collection and SSA efforts. This role blends remote work with field activity, and requires frequent coordination with sourcing teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, and a track record in customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3+ years relevant equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel by car or plane within the United States (roughly 30% of the time).
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the team to implement sales and collection strategies.
• Stay up to date on market trends and communicate to leadership.
• Set region targets with the manager.
• Respond to leads and move them through the sourcing pipeline.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely responses.
• Use data systems to assess pricing and financial implications of deals.
