Tradewater is seeking a Refrigerant Collections Associate to travel across the United States, plan collection trips, and manage client relationships while ensuring DOT and HazMat compliance. Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigerant collections across regions with sourcing and field teams.
• Travel 30–50% to support collection efforts across the U.S.
• Plan and execute collection trips and manage logistics.
• Negotiate purchases and ensure documentation compliance.
• Maintain safety, DOT/HazMat compliance and accurate reporting.
