• Develop and implement the U.S. environmental liability underwriting strategy.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the ESG Risk Solutions underwriting team for the US.
• Underwrite and manage a profitable environmental liability book across related products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage broker relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate with home office on referrals and renewals.
