Qualifications

• Seven years of environmental underwriting experience.
• Degree in risk management or environmental disciplines.
• Strong technical underwriting and risk analysis skills.
• Experience managing accounts, negotiating pricing and terms.
• Proven ability to build relationships with brokers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership with mentoring and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for decision-making is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and service new and renewal environmental accounts.
• Evaluate risks and negotiate pricing and terms with brokers.
• Strengthen portfolio quality, growth, and profitability.
• Lead broker marketing and develop long-term relationships.
• Collaborate across international markets on programs.
