Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is hiring for Summer 2027 Environmental Interns at our Corpus Christi refinery. You’ll learn about environmental regulations, permitting requirements, monitoring and sampling processes, and data analysis under mentors on real projects.

This 12-week, in-person program offers hands-on experience, exposure to Koch Industries, and opportunities to grow your professional network through weekly learning sessions and site programming.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4 year degree program majoring in Environmental Engineering or Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for full-time employment during or before Summer 2028.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world, hands-on experience on projects, problem-solve, and take ownership of your work.
• The 12-week, in-person internship offers mentorship and exposure to Koch Industries and the local community.
