Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Engineering Co-Op to join our Water Services team in Denver, Colorado. You will collaborate with a team of engineers on municipal, federal, and industrial projects, researching engineering solutions to support analyses, reporting, and design.

As an intern, you will develop documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, and Excel, and you may participate in fieldwork to gain full project lifecycle experience starting January through May/June.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Position is expected to take place January to May/June.
• Interest in municipal, federal, and industrial water projects and working with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Research engineering solutions to support analyses, reporting, and design on projects.
• Develop documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, and Excel.
• Assist with fieldwork for construction management activities to gain full project lifecycle experience.
